Our motivation
IHR´s success story began in the sixties. The motivating force behind the foundation of a sales service in Central-Eastern Europe was the claim to be able to offer customers optimal services. This claim has followed IHR throughout its entire development process. Today it is a central component of the company philosophy and incorporates the fulfilment of our partners´ and customers´ requirements and wishes.
Increased efficiency, improved quality and the expansion of IHR´s range of services led to the creation of our own offices abroad, staffed with local employees. The aim was to get even closer to the customers and to support them.
IHR offers its services and, in doing so, always responds flexibly to customer wishes. Accordingly, we are increasingly distinguished by the behaviour of our employees, which is characterised by open dialogue and mutual respect. For our employees are the secret to our success. Their collective wealth of experience and their openness to new challenges characterise our company and make IHR an organisation that is able to learn, that welcomes continuous change and is able to deal with this flexibly, constructively and pragmatically.
