IHR has been present for decades as a service provider with its own network of branches in Central and Eastern Europe as well as the CIS. IHR sees itself as a moderator, in the sense of a communicator, negotiator and problem solver. Its services range from the acquisition and development of sales to training and advertising measures, all the way to extensive market analyses.

The company has at its disposal trained employees who are located in "their" countries and know the cultures and rules that are typical of the respective country, allowing them to guarantee optimal customer consulting and support.

The IHR activities are divided into two business areas:

Aviation includes the supply of airport equipment and the relevant consulting services to airports, airlines and ground handlers.

Automotive includes the supply of spare parts for cars and the relevant consulting services to importers, as well as supplying car and engine manufacturers and supporting them with development, serial production and Quality Management.

IHR works together with the respective partners on an exclusive basis.
